- Why is the volume of the two earbuds different, and the sound of one earbuds is getting smaller and smaller?
This most likely the caused by the blockage of the dust protective filter of the earbuds port, we suggest you cleaned dust using tissue or cotton swab.
Warm Tips: In order to avoid this situation, we recommended that you clean the dust filter once 3-5 days.
- What should I do if the earphones are too big and they are easy to fall out during exercise?
The package come with 3 different sized silicone caps, please try different sizes Ear Caps first before using to choose silicone earcaps that suits you best.
- What should I do if the earbuds cannot be charged?
I'm sorry it might be the problem of the 2 contacts on earbuds, there are 2 yellow contacts on the charging case, as well as 2 on earbuds, they are connected when you put the earbuds on charging case. So we kindly suggest you use toothpicks to gently clean the 2 contacts on earbuds from dusts or wax and then rub them with clean napkins(better with alcohol) and charge them around 1.5 hour to try it out.
- What should I do if earbuds cannot pair with any device or always disconnect Bluetooth?
For connection problem, we suggest you reset your earbuds, please try to reset the earbuds correctly as below:
1.Place both earbuds into the charging case.
2.Keep the charging case open, then press and hold the botton of the charging case for at least 8s until both earbuds flash in purple, then earbuds have been reset successfully.
3.Delete the old connection from the Bluetooth device and reconnect "EarFun Free 2"
